Business Intelligence Analyst
Columbia University MS graduate turning complex, multi-source data into clear, decision-ready insights — through BI dashboards, analytics frameworks, and scalable data pipelines.
About me
I'm a Columbia University graduate with an MS in Management Science and Engineering (Dec 2025), and a Business & Data Analytics professional with experience building BI dashboards and analytics frameworks for internal decision-making.
I focus on turning complex, multi-source data into clear, decision-ready insights, whether that's engineering scalable ETL pipelines, building normalized measurement frameworks, or designing interactive dashboards that reduce manual reporting.
I've worked across business operations, consulting, sustainability, and product analytics at companies including Qlik, EY-Parthenon, and the International Rescue Committee.

What I've built
Built an internal analytics solution to replace fragmented spreadsheet reporting with a centralized, interactive Qlik Sense dashboard — enabling real-time budget monitoring across teams and leadership groups, tracking $1.2M+ in quarterly spend.
Engineered a normalized, attribution-aware analytics framework to measure marketing content ROI across 200+ campaigns. Built a 365-day normalization model enabling fair comparison regardless of campaign duration or timing — integrating data from Snowflake and Salesforce.
Analyzed buyer intent signals and buying agendas to understand alignment with content engagement, opportunity creation, and pipeline progression — enabling GTM teams to move beyond surface-level metrics toward interpretable buyer readiness insights.
End-to-end PM case study proposing a new Duolingo product surface for high-intent travel moments — including user research, persona definition, MVP scoping, RICE prioritization, and a metrics-driven A/B experimentation strategy.
